We had a pest and building inspection for a purchase of a home. Service was fast and professional. The Administration staff were lovely to deal with. Report was done in 24 hours and inspection was done 3 days after booking. Quality service.

Total Home Inspections Pty Ltd in West Perth WA were an excellent choice for my inspection report. The inspector Mitch identified defect issues that I would have never discovered, including remediations that were much easier to solve now than later. The inspector was very thorough and meticulous with attention to written details and the photographing of the identified issues requiring rectification were clearly brought to my attention. The follow up from the inspector and all involved in further photographs and rectification of the issues was outstanding service. I highly recommend this firm to anyone purchasing a property to live in and I have no hesitation in contacting them again in the future.

I had looked at a few different quotes but ultimately decided to go with Total Home Inspections as I liked the packages they provided as well as the transparency of what is included in them listed on their website. When I called to book, Lauren was very lovely. She was very cheerful and helpful. The whole process was very quick and smooth and when we called Mitch the inspector to clarify the report, he was extremely patient and friendly. Overall I am really pleased with their service and am glad we went with them. We went with their premium package.

The Total Home Inspection team was amazing.My builders tried to get away with so much, Mitch and Ben found so many issues the builders didn't note in building and PCI inspections. Also, I called them up regarding things raised to get a clearer picture before speaking with builders which they had no issues answering for me.Thanks to Lauren who does the Admin work, I had to change dates probably about 30x over my four different inspections due to tradies not finishing on time and she was always very quick to accept/find new dates.

Used Total Home Inspections for every stage of our build. Very professional, detailed reports with photos, description of defect, impact and recommended fix. Builder even commented they were really good as they picked up some of the tiniest details most people would miss! Example is some of the screw caps missing from the inside of cupboards! They are also very responsive and provide great service in arranging the inspections. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.
